All Star Cheer - All Star Cheerleading is a competition sport that involves performing a routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, and dance segments. This routine is performed and scored against other competitive teams at various competitions.
All Star cheerleading is a great way for young athletes to learn new skills while building teamwork, goal-setting, sportsmanship, and numerous other social skills while making lifelong friendships.
Novice Cheer (Previously Show Team) - Ages 3-6 years old, these athletes are the ones who are ready to start performing and showing off to a crowd! This division is designed for those with little or no cheer experience, possibly from a recreational or youth program. These athletes will have 1:30 minute routines to perform with no tosses permitted. They go to competitions, but they are not ranked.
Novice cheer is not a full-year program (like All Star Cheer) and begins in August, ending in February/March.
Rec Cheer - Recreational cheer teaches athletes the fundamentals of cheerleading. During this fun 3-month session, we focus on stunting, motions and jumps while also learning a short routine as well as sideline cheers and chants. Session ends with a parent showcase.
